Answer» HELLO again- I'm studying Outlook and I would like to have CERTAIN messages received from a certain sender automatically downloaded to a personal folder rather than my inbox. How to do this? Is a MACRO needed? And How do I create a macro if that's how to do it? -NubiaUsually not. I use mail filters. In my case, I DONT have my computer sort them, I have the computer sort them. Look under Tools> Message Rules Message Rules only work for POP3 an IMAP accounts. Hotmail and MSN accounts MUST be configured at the server level. |
