Solve : Malware bytes? |
|
Answer» Malware bytes seems to be working ok, but I have questions to ask them, & no matter what i do, can't seem to get connected ! I've registered more than once, tried to connect with the forum, but no luck. This is the only site of all others I connect with that is seemingly impossible. I have to do all the tasks manually ( scans, updates ,whatever ) as I can't get these tasks to do the work automatically. Is there another Malware program that is easier to work with ? My server recommends M.Bytes.To the best of my knowledge (having used the program) it is always initiated manually at the user's time of choice. I am puzzled why you find it so difficult to use.Other than having to initiate it manually what other problems are you having with it? Maybe we can help.truenorthQuote I have to do all the tasks manually ( scans, updates ,whatever )I am not sure by the term server but is the software Mbam a free or paid version? You're infected...many virii block updates and running of scan tools... My server recommends M.Bytes.Nothing unusual about that. That's the way it's SUPPOSED to work. Ok, I get it. MBytes has to be worked manually. That done, I'd still LIKE to know why i can't reach them by the forum. They ignore me. : ( Someone told me if I use the free version, they're 'less likely' to be of help. By 'server', I meant the service provider. And, Patio, Are you sure I have a virus ? I run the scans/updates frequently, & every one COMES up clean. Thanks, all ! If so, it is not what I understood from your first post where you said, "I've registered more than once, tried to connect with the forum, but no luck." So, can you/have you registered on their forum or not? Forums tend to be busy. Sometimes you need to search on their posted or past topics REGARDING to your problem. If you need the full features of Mbam, you can purchase one online and most likely get the benefits of their support. Do you have any specific question regarding the Mbam software? There are experienced members here that might address your queries.fwiw: Malwarebytes pro is so much worth the $25US that it costs. Well worth the investment. I've never paid for any anti-virus, firewall, malware, spyware software. Free has got to be better. |
