Answer» HI all, I have been having issues with MBAM; it cant seem to 'access update server', and im getting a 'Your system is not protected' message. This shouldnt be, as i have a full subscription to the program. Im using Avast 2015, and ive tried DISABLING it in CASE it is firewalling MBAM and i still seem to be having no luck. Any suggestions? Do you have another PC that can download the MBAM package? If so, put in installer on a USB and bring it to the trouble d PC. Myself, I am not able to find the free VERSION of MBAM. There is a Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.2.0.1024 Download HERE It looks like they want you to uses the premium version, which is a trial.
