Solve : mechanical drawing software?

Greetings.

I'm in SEARCH of MECHANICAL software that would allow random lines to be made equidistant from one another for a Logo project. Also arcs of VARYING lengths.

I tried 2007 Word but there are not enough reference lines to ascertain whether lines are equidistant and/or parallel.
