Answer» Hi...im a newbie and totally backward when it comes to computers so be gentle with me! My problem is as follows -
http://www.whatson.com/kerrang1052/ is the bane of my LIFE at the minute. About a month ago I regularly used the "Listen Again" feature on Kerrang Radio but lost INTEREST in it...last week I came back to it but it wont play. The live stream WORKS perfectly fine but if I try to "listen again," I click on the PLAY button, for a few seconds it displays "PREPARING" then just says "READY"
"You will need the Windows Media Player plugin to use the player" is the message at the top of the "Now Playing" box but as far as I was aware, I had it and it worked.
Im using IE7 on Windows XP Home Edition (not Firefox as I know Kerrang DOESNT support it), I have WMP11, ive tried turning my pop-up blocker off as I think its got something to do with ActiveX but apart from that im lost.
I would be incredibly appreciative of any help from you guys as I obviously know absolutely nothing!
