Answer» Hello. I have tried to load the drivers for my Creative Live! Cam Voice webcam from both the disk and website. I have a Dell Dimension 2350 desktop. The included software does not recognize that the DEVICE is connected, however when I plug it in, the system tray SAYS it found new hardware and names the device. The video WORKS in both Yahoo and Skype, but again, not with the included software. Device manager shows the video driver under imaging, but no sound driver under sound. I have installed the webcam on my Dell LAPTOP which is older than my 6yo desktop and it works 4.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Please refrain from suggesting DriverAgent.Have you tried installing the driver with the camera unplugged?
