Answer» Windows XP Pro SP 3 Have you tried reinstalling the drivers?of courseNot sure but have you checked in Control Panel. I think there should have been a program installed with your sound card. Perhaps the settings there conflict with the ones you are trying to change.Creative Audio Console. It does nothing. I can change the EAX so it sounds like I'm in a concert hall.. and a couple tabs about digital audio that has nothing to do with anything. I wish I could intercept your responses quicker cause it feels like we're going nowhere here with the redundant questions, but I understand you have no idea what I've tried. REVERT back to the previous drivers... How old is this card ? ? It may be time for a new one...I can't find previous drivers. I built this computer in '02 I believe. I'm poor and can't afford to upgrade anything atm.OK i'll bite on this one... What is the EXACT model # of the card and we'll help track down the correct drivers... BTW a new decent sound card can be had for about 40 Bucks...For under $23, here's an option: HTTP://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829128003 |
