In 2007 its- Goto Print / Print Preview / Page Set-up / Click 'Fill to page' not SURE how different it will be in 2010Go to File, Page Setup, then click page tab Click "fit to" In the first box beside "fit to", enter 1 - for one page WIDE. In the second box beside "fit to", delete that number so you are not limited in pages. You can also do it by percentage, which is just above the "fit to" AREA. I would start shrinking size by 10%, then work from there (i.e. SHRINK worksheet by 10% to go from 100% to 90%. If that is too much, do 5% - 100% to 95%, and work that WAY until you get it to fit manually)
