Answer» I GOT a new printer, I uninstalled the old SOFTWARE and loaded the new printer software and my computer HANGS at the Microsoft ME logo page and goes no further. I used my boot disc and EVERYTHING goes as it should, then it hangs at the logo again, any suggestions?Try: |
