Answer» I've been using outlook 03 for a few months now and, and this morning is the FIRST time that I encountered this problem. When I opened outlook, INSTEAD of sending/receiving, it started to do something CALLED "downloading hierarchy," and has been doing that ever since. It stopped receiving NEW emails, although I can still send, forward and do all those things. Does anyone have an idea how I can get outlook to stop downloading hierarchy and start receiving emails again? ThanksAre you using an IMAP email service? If so, you can SIMPLY delete and recreate the email account.
