No joy with that either, but thanks for trying. Do you think I should get rid of outlook? And if so, how?

Steve,

Please enter the below within the Run command (Start > Run):  -

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Outlook.exe /cleanreminders

You just needed qutotation marks:

"c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Outlook.exe" /cleanreminders

Don't use any of the icons in the Prefetch bin.  That folder is associated to loading programs in an EFFICIENT way - it does not actually contain program files. Quote from: Rob Pomeroy on June 05, 2009, 07:02:53 AM

Thank you Tried the new line with the quotation marks. All it did was open up the calendar.Good.  Now, if you open Outlook normally, are you still having the original problem?
