1.	Solve : Microsoft Outlook - "Operation Failed" message?
Answer» I have a DELL Latitude D800 Laptop running Windows XP Professional and Microsoft Office 2002 Professional. Whenever I click on the "Send/Receive" button to download my emails I get the error message "Operation Failed". However I can successfully send a test message. This PROBLEM showed up only recently - prior to which I had no problems. No settings have been CHANGED. Repeated UNINSTALLS and re-installs have not FIXED this problem. Any ideas ?
