Answer» Hi,
Looking for pros & cons of having a PST VS Mail Storage (Exchange Server) for the mails. Kindly let us know the +ve & -ve of both.
Thanks in advanceAn Exchange server is usually employed when multiple users want to share Outlook calendars, tasks, EMAIL, etc. If you're not WORKING in a multi-user environment or you SIMPLY don't need to do such sharing, then there's no point is going the Exchange server route; just use PST. I have both the OPTIONS of Exchange Server & PST. Needless to say we do sharing & collaborate.
I had been using PST for the past couple of years but all my colleagues use Exchange Server storage for mails. Hence, wondering about the pros & cons of both.
