Answer» I recently built my computer and INSTALLED windows xp home edition and works 8.5 which i mistakenly thought was adequate for my purposes. i have tried for two days to print out a simple address label without success. There seems to be no way to select a label from the 16 on a page. I managed to GET the cursor into one particular label and typed the address within its boundaries but when i printed it, it was across two labels. I tried every way i could THINK of, all with the same result. I got there via works word processor, then tools and labels, which gives three choices, none of which really explain themselves. I was given the choice of a number of label types and selected MINE which didn't work so i tried custom labels but every way failed. I realise that i probably am missing something obvious but i would APPRECIATE some help. thx in anticipation. walter.You might need to select the type of labels you're printing on.
