Answer» Hello I want to customize outlook. There is an Icon at the TOP right hand side just above where itsays messages,that says customize outlook today.When I click on it nothing happens I am using outlook 2000 and Win XP Thanks BumpyneckI don't have Outlook 2000 but, based on my EXPERIENCE with different versions of Office, that Icon seems unusual. Anyway, try right clicking on a blank part of your Outlook toolbar AREA and SELECTING Customize.
