in device manager-under other devices-multimedia video controller-provider unknown- (driver missing) ---- laptop keeps crashing with multi colour's flashing on screen but works in safe mode, Packard bell link to my model is

Also have ANOTHER problem under-consumer ir device - windows can not load drivers required code (31) i have tried check for solution -- no joy
i have also tried system restore to a different date again no joy, i have SPENT hours on this anyone please help,,,,,,,,,,, many thanks,,,Did you try to download and INSTALL video driver from here: http://support.packardbell.com/uk/item/index.php?sn=111227920139&t=2007?YES downloaded and tried to install but nothing happened still the sameIs this on-board video, or separate video CARD?
Does the driver installation go through just fine?
