Solve : Missing Drivers...?

Answer»

Last night, my friends had a little to drink and thought it would be funny if they moved my mouse and keyboard DRIVERS into a different FOLDER. The next time I tried to boot my computer, neither the mouse nor keyboard were recognized by Windows. I can't reinstall the driver cds because my computer is perpetually stuck on the Windows login screen. I've tried other keyboards and mice, but I get the same results. I know there is nothing wrong with the hardward because the keyboard still works in DOS when I go into the BIOS. Is there an easy way to solve this or do I NEED to take it to a repair place. Thanks.Boot from windows cd and select repair option.I tried booting from the windows cd and selecting the repair option however there is a administrator password for the repair option that I dont know is there any other way :-/If you have not set an admin password, simply hit the enter key.Try booting your computer into safe-mode. It should use fail-safe drivers.Well Thanks for all the help guys!!! I could still not get the keyboard and mouse to work in the general spots so I used a usb keyboard and mouse and set the BIOS to USB and that SEEMED to work do you guys think that the general spots will work again after I reinstall the drivers.
