Solve : modem driver?

I have been trying to find the right driver for my friends computer.  She is RUNNING Windows 98 and all I could find on the PCI card is:

DT 11236   R3t.8426  and the name Foxconn on ONE part of the modem.  

Can you help me with this, it is about to DRIVE me crazy.Have you tried the Foxconn web site? Or driverguide.com?
