I think there are quite a few good ones to chose from, so I wouldn't be obsessed with trying to find the "most trusted". I've been using avast! Antivirus Free for some months, almost a year with Windows 7, and am very pleased with it. As indicated above, they can (and should) be used in conjunction with a good anti virus application. |
