[attachment DELETED by admin to conserve space]You're using a dell system?? You likely need to modify a driver file or insert a CORRECT one. You can also try replacing the inf file from a computer that has the same OS, and USE the .inf code for the device ID. You need to be running a basic keyboard and mouse, which you seem to be.
This will take you in the right direction if you know what driver you need, or should have.
