Answer» My operating system is Windows Vista I have ArcSoft's Total Media Extreme and I'm trying to put a .mov file from my new DXG camcorder onto a DVD+R 16x 4.7 GB My computer is an HP. I created a project and when I get to the last page (preview page) I'm not really sure what to do. The HELP section doesn't explain much, it didn't come with a book, and the arcsoft technical support didn't really want to help me. Then when I wanted to GO back into the program, it said it wouldn't open. I don't care what software I use, I would just like to make a DVD of the videos I record with my new camcorder. Any help would be appreciated! You might want to try this link, plus it's all free
http://www.filehippo.com/search?q=.mov+to+dvdThank you. I'm going to try this. I have downloaded two free converters since yesterday and neither will work. They convert, but then I can't make a DVD because it says the file is corrupted. We'll see if this works.Let me know if you get it SORTED and what software you use cheersWell would you believe I finally got it converted to an .avi file, and made a project in windows media maker, and now it says something is wrong with my dvd burner? Aaaah! What NEXT? I just don't know what to do!What kind of problem?? more info plz"A DVD burner was not found. Make sure a DVD burner is connected and installed and try again."
