Hello nice people,

Please am faced with this challenge on a Windows 7 computer on the Microsoft Excel program.

Excel refuses to save. UPON clicking on the save command it does NOTHING. A preview of the DOCUMENT is suppose to show after clicking the print button but this is not the case. It indicates preview not available.

I have repaired Office suit and uninstalled and installed back but to no avail.

The version of Office is 2010 Standard running on Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

Please is there any helpful tips to resolve this?

Thanks in advance.Is this file a local file or one that is on a network share?

Info on Google shows that your not the only one to have this issue before... have you exhausted all Google hit suggestions?

Worst comes worst, are you able to reinstall the system clean from an image, system restore set, or clean install from Windows 7 DVD disc?Was it working RIGHT prior to this issue arising?
