Answer» Out of the blue, after using since 2002, the MS Money program will no longer LOAD the "Help" section. It comes on and gives subjects but when I clickon a link I get "unable to load" msg. WOULD this be due to a memory overload.....checked this and seem to still have plenty left. Appreciate help. Thanks What Ver of MSMoney are you using?You should be able to do a repair install of Money from the CD. Even if you do a complete uninstall and reinstall you data file will be safe. But I would still make a copy of it to another folder just to be safe.Thank you, will try reinstalling after making a couple of backups.When you exit money it ask you if you want to make backups and if you click on the options you can SEE the PATH to the backup file, simply make a copy of that. You also have a choice to make a backup to a floppy disk. If you are just reinstalling, you data will be fine but it is good practice to have a backup ANYWAY.
