Answer» IM trying to install service pack 3, but everytime i try a window pops up saying that the feauture i am trying to use is on a network resource that is UNAVAILABLE. click ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'PROPLUS.MSI' in the box below. what does this mean?It means it NEEDS to be pointed to where the SP3 files are located before the installation will continue... Is there a drop down list ? ? If so point it to where the update is located on your machine i.e. Desktop or CDRom etc.what if i dont have those files? or cdAre you sure you downloaded the RIGHT VERSION of Office XP SP3 ??
