I am using MS outlook 2003 pro. ANYONE please help to know how to config MS outlook or MS Word.
WHENEVER I open a attached MS word file, It alway open in "Reading layout" mode. And I have to click VIEW, and select Normal, very inconvenient. How can I change default setting to Normal mode?

Tan.Gotta love that new Work reading layout.
In Word, go to Tools, OPTIONS, then the General tab. Unchecked "Allow Starting in Reading Layout" (in the UPPER right hand corner). Click OK.
