Answer» I am using Outlook 2002 and I am having trouble with sending/replying email this morning.
When I press "New", a msg box comes up and say "Not Implemented". When I GO to "File"->"New", I can't find "New MESSAGE". Ctrl-Shift-M will also give me "Not Implemented".
Reply, Forward and Forward to all doesn't work. I can't even export my pst file...
Say if i have to re-install Outlook, does it mean all my emails are GONE?
O yes, one thing I did last night was to download some Windows update from the Microsoft site...would it have something to do with this?
Thanks...Is your windows fully up to date? Was your download a hotfix that you can uninstall to try it.I downloaded the updates yesterday...but how do i find out if it is updated? Is there anywhere I can check - like CONTROL Panel?Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs. You could also try going back to Microsoft & checking your update history.I think Belarc Advisor tells you the installed updates too. Google for it.Thanks...
I checked from Control Panel, and it didn't show the update that I downloaded...
In any event, I want to re-install outlook...do you think i will lose my 2000+ emails?
