Answer» Hi Guys, Um I suppose that is a possible fix, however id say its abit extreme to just rebuild the machine with a fresh copy of office 2003. I would wait and ask if other people here can give you better solution to your issue, maybe reinstallation of the office is not necessary, but sorry I wouldn't know because I NEVER seen your issue before. Maybe someone else will reply to your post and give you more idea on what probably is happening. I usually just uninstall and reinstall program and it work as usual again but I understand that you don't want to have to reinstall if it is not necessary. Its ok. Ive got a while to wait yet anyways. But thanks for your assistance anyways. Quote from: http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=316115 I think this is it, I just fixed a 5M DOC to 360K.Thanks for this, I remember reading this topic however was unsure if this would apply as the user did not have the option ticked, Will try this out shorltly and post my results. Thanks Dusty The next steps are: - Defiantly confirm there are no other versions of this document by File > Versions and make sure (if any) other versions of this document are deleted one by one. If this still doesn't work I'm stumped! Quote from: rssc on May 26, 2009, 04:08:45 AM If this still doesn't work I'm stumped! You don't know yet? If it doesn't, then I'd try deleting Normal.dot. |
