1.	Solve : msCONFIG SHOWS MICROSOFT PROGRAMS NOT RUNNING?
Answer» HELLO, THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE... went into msconfig and found MANY ms PROGRAMS have stopped running. when i tried to enable them - i could NOT. i think i'm worried...It is TOTALLY normal to have some services which are not running. What are you attempting to do in msconfig?
