Answer» I'm using labtech for our MSP work. (we switched from packettrap). We're currently running about 25 sites with approx. 30-100 computers PER site. There are a lot of features that we really don't use and THINK it's overkill and am looking for some suggestions on what you guys use for your MSP work? We really only need windows patching deployment, traffic analysis, remote access via rdp or vpn or whatever, file transfer CAPABILITIES and some very basic scripting. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
