Answer» I am useing Frost Wire to Download Video Clip Trailers and Music and I just NEED some help if anyone had this happen to them. I keep trying to Download this one song in 128 Bit Rate MP3 And I find it and it says 128 Bit Rate MP3 but when I play it in Winamp it tells me it is 192 Bit Rate. Everything els I have says 128 and that is what I stick with and what I make my own stuff so I KNOW Winamp is ok. Any body have this happen to them and why?? Thanksassuming you got windows, Grab cdex here: http://cdexos.sourceforge.net/?q=download Set the bitrate at 128 and see if ask the program to convert your file to mp3 (even if the file ALREADY is in mp3 doesn't matter) ............
