Solve : Music Manager Suggestion?

Hi All,
I have been looking around for a free music MANAGER and found that there is a ton of them out there. Can anyone suggest one or tell me what they are using and why?

I REALLY am looking for something with good playback and can handle the standard formats. Maybe do play lists. Also easy to use. I don't want to spend a LOT of time learning something with a lot of WHISTLES and bells that I will NEVER use.
