Hello i have acer aspire 3100 and windows xp home.
I have 17 drivers out of date and i cant update em.
I have tryed DEVICE manager do update em but it can locate any updates:
Please HELP and give me ideas 1) What do you MEAN they are out of date? If you aren't having any problems leave them alone
2) 17 drivers ?
3) You do not update drivers via device manager. You go to the website of the hw mfg and download them from there.I downloaded all my drivers from my computer mfg page and it seems drivers are out of date.
Yeah 17 drivers i downloaded like 4 driver scanners and all showed that drivers are out of date:S
I mean theyre old and i need better onesDo not use third party apps to TELL you if you need new drivers. If everything is working DO NOT update any drivers. The only reason to update a driver is if there is a new feature that you either must have or that fixes something that was causing you a problem.

There is no such thing as an out of date driver.ye very thing is working great...OKEY thanks then i wont update em unless i have any problems.
But im missing one driver its network controller. What driver is it, i dont know what driver i need to download?
