Answer» HELLO ! My computer refuse to run . When it starts he stop at a level and this message appears " 31 M Extended System BIOS SHADOWED Video BIOS shadowed UMB upper limit segment adress : E9CB Mouse initialized " ... and then stop. I can anything do ! I need help how old is this pc?........and what operating system are you using!it seems to past p.o.s.t>>>POWER on system test......the it dies yes!!take a LOOK your BIOs setting, make sure everything is okay. If you dont know, try to use default settings. If that doesnt work try to reset the CMOS by removing the battery on the motherboard for a MINUTE or so then replace it. Becareful b/c electrostatic discharge is not your friend and can damage the motherboard if you attempt to reset the cmos.
