Solve : My Ethernet driver is not working?

Hello There,
I have some problems with my Ethernet Driver

Recently I reinstalled windows 7 on my latop
and all DRIVERS were deleted, and I downloaded some of them and BROADCOM WIFI driver so The Wifi drivers work good.
But I downloaded Broadcom Netlink Gigabite Ethernet driver too but the Ethernet doesn't work

And when I click device manager I am getting this : http://prntscr.com/4jf20f

I NEED help
