Solve : My Ipod Can't find Itunes and I can't sync my Ipod.?

Answer»

When I plugged my My IPOD Wire into my computer and connected it to my Ipod, my Ipod doesn't connect to Itunes. It turns on when i Plugged it in, but just doesn't come up on Itunes. On the bottom right it says A driver is updating but when that finished it still didn't work. Even when I restarted my computer it didn't work.

I hope this is just A simple problem to solve Unplug the iPod.
Re-boot.
Uninstall iTunes in add/remove.
DLoad a fresh copy and re-install it.
Re-boot before trying the iPod.

I'm CONVINCED Apple does this bunk on purpose... Quote from: patio on March 23, 2010, 06:50:13 AM

There was a point in time where Apple Software probably caused more than half of the BSOD errors on windows machines... and in an interesting twist the fact that Windows machines present blue screen errors in the event of a failure was essentially mocked within Apple advertisements. Coincidence? Either way, We all KNOW that a beachball sitting on the screen is far more USEFUL for diagnostic purposes, or even better, the older MAC OS's where it just showed a dialog with a bomb and an error , not what actually caused the error (which even DOS was doing back then) so you have to wonder who is handling errors properly here. I thought Mac's didn't get any errors ? ?    Quote from: patio on March 23, 2010, 07:06:20 AM

They do, but they are cleverly designed to just be a beachball or a bomb icon. It's more user friendly that way.Ok thanks guys, il try that when I get home Quote from: patio on March 23, 2010, 07:06:20 AM

They do get errors like any computer or operating system, just less prone to viruses.
