Solve : My MusicMatch Jukebox wont open anymore?

Answer»

I'm not sure what to do, but my MusicMatch Jukebox will not open up anymore and I'm not sure if it has to do with the programs my brother-in-law put on my computer recently causing this. Like MAYBE it somehow removed something it needs in order to work, and I wouldn't know what it is it needs or where to begin looking.
He installed things like Ccleaner, ATF Cleaner, Malwarebytes, updated Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad-awawar SE Personal, Spywareblaster, CWshredder,

Problem is that I don't know how to get stuff from cd's onto my computer by using Windows Media Player, and I know how to do it using MusicMatch Jukebox. Does anyone know how to get the files from a cd onto the computer using Windows Media Player? Steps that I could follow?
Thanks,
Amyhttp://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/knowledgecenter/howto/mp11/default.mspxThis seems to be a site for Windows Media Player. I'm trying to understand the instructions but must not be understanding something here because it doesn't seem to be working right. Could someone help me on what exactly I need to click on in order to get certain things I have on a cd into the computer? I don't want everything on the cd in the computer, just some of the stuff.

Also, anyone have any ideas on how I could try getting my MusicMatch Jukebox to work again?
Thanks,
Amy
Forget this link...didn't apply
Personally I would uninstall MusicMatch Jukebox and use something else like Media Monkey or Foobar.

Is this just MusicMatch Jukebox or is it the Yahoo! MusicMatch Jukebox?AmyR7, I have been a user of Music match juke box since it's inception.During that time it has occurred to me at least a half a dozen TIMES that the program caused an issue that required action. The action i always took was to completely uninstall whatever the version of Music match i was currently using and reinstall it. I even on occasion installed an older version of the program (because i liked the features of it over the one then most recent). This action always succeeded in having a working version of Music match. There are more commercial aspects to the program now as it is a component of Yahoo and no longer an independent company. If you like it i would suggest you follow my example.
Here is a link to a free software site (old Versions) that has earlier versions of many popular programs--including Music match--they are all free and can be TRUSTED. I have used this site very often and have NEVER had any problems.goodluck, truenorth
http://www.oldversion.com/It looks like the link is for Yahoo. This is Dell MusicMatch Jukebox. It came installed on mine and my mom's computers.

Reinstalling MusicMatch Jukebox SoftwareAmyR7, The link i provided shows all versions of the Music match program software from 1-10 (the current). You must click on the LINE that shows "Music Match" and open that link. Then you need to look to the bottom of the web page that opens and then select the particular version that you want. You will then be linked to the site of that particular version for download.truenorth
