Solve : My new computer?

I have bought a NEW Computer TOWER online  and its all SET up and its saying::
media test failure, check cables
Exiting Intel Boot agent
No bootable device--INSERT boot disk and press any key

what does this mean?
Is there a way to fix it?

i think it is hardware problem and with the installation of OS it will be goneIgnore the above post regarding it being a hardware problem.
