hello....im a new member here...
i have a problem with my pc... my pc hang up when i connected my 2nd HARD drive(drive d)....but i previously using 2 hard drive( drive c, &drive d)it only happens when my pc crashes and when i restart my pc.there it goes the problem...there are message comin out......
detecting primary MASTER
detecting primary slave
detecting secondary master
detecting secondary slave
and after that windows appear and it will hang up
but when i disconnect my drive d my pc runs good
i already test the drive d to other pc but it is working
i hope i can find the answer to my problem

If so it sounds LIKE the jumpers are not set properly.
The drive you boot from should be jumpered master w/slave...
The D: drive should be jumpered slave...
In addition they need to be connected properly on the ribbon cable:

MB=============================slave========master.

If they are SATA drives try using another SATA connector for D:

that is for sure the Jumper that is also is Master , so the PC is confused.
One most be master the rest of than must be slaves.
