Ever since I added some new pics from my camera to "My Pictures" I haven't been able to access ANY of the camera pics I have ever uploaded (all that COMES up is the flashlight icon). And now my computer has started to FREEZE when I try to save a pic from the internet. Any advice or help as to how I can access my pictures and save and download new ones again would be much appreciated Try going to mspaint (start --> all programs --> accessories --> paint).
In Paint, go to File --> OPEN and open a picture.

I suspect the file association has been changed. This will test if you can open the pictures or not.Thanks for the reply
I tried what you said (opening the pics through paint) and the same thing HAPPENED. The flashlight came up and the pictures don't appear.Hmmm....What Flash Light?


Can you give us a screenshot?What kind of camera and how does it show uo in Device Manager ? ?It's a little flashlight that comes up in the middle of the page when I try to open my uploaded pictures file in my pictures (and when I try to open pictures in paint).
