hi, you may have read my other topic, WELL this relates to this, i FINALLY got round to inserting my recovery disks, i FOLLOWED the insturctions and it told me to restart the PC in order for the disk to begin to work, however when i do this, it either stops loading and stays at a black screen (where the windows logo appears) or it loads up normally and onthing happens, im wondereing if maybe i DONT have my drive set to load things auto as it doesnt even make a noise (my disk) when i restart the PC, can you tell me how to do this please?Well what computer do you have?
It should be solved if you set your BIOS to boot from CD-ROM first then HDD then ....

Jonas it is a tiny computer, however i am unsure how to give you any more info, due to the visus TAKING my admin rights awayHmm this is strange don't you even know the make and model of your computer?
And you don't have the admin rights. (Due to a virus?)
Is there even a virus able of doing such things?

yes i have ratsou and cutail t on my pc one if which removes admin rights, if you tell me alternative ways of winding my pic info out i may be able oto tell you
