Solve : need help finding a driver for my video card?

just YESTERDAY, i had to reformat both my hard drives, and REINSTALL WINDOWS. my problem is my monitor. i have the driver for my monitor, but the VC was saying it was the standard one. i did the debug thing to find out what my vc is-heres what it said
