Click ok to terminate the prgram.Any help?Thanks in advance.sYou might have a registry error. Try running CCleaner. It is a free program. MAKE sure you backup your registry first. Then RESTART your computer and try again.

It has worked for me before. My internet browser WOULD not start, so I could not download updates. CCleaner fixed the problem. Try it if nothing else works.
