Attachedis a FILE that contains two sections,
the first section shows how i need the text to appear,
the second section is how the text is given to me.
I need to create a macro that creates the word "FORCE" infront of the first number and then right justifies the first number in column 13
Then it needs to erase the blank line, take the first FIVE values and place them all on the same line and right justifies the text in a specific columns,
and then it needs to repeat for the rest of the data.
Any Ideas on what I can use for macro codes?

You mention two sections. Is the column of numbers in the left side of the file starting with a 9 and followed by a series of 0's and 1's below it one of these sections?
I don't know how you would do this in a macro in Word. Being an Excel user, I'd most likely do this in Excel, then copy the final RESULT back into Word, if it needs to be in Word. No the list of numbers that starts with a 9 came out of excel into a text file then convereted to a word document. That is how the information looks when i pulled it out of excel.

I have 9600 points for each force and about 14 forces so i need to automate this.
