Solve : need vb script?

hi ,

i NEED a VB SCRIPT to FIND the process name whic is holding a dll.

please donot ANSWER me to use process explorer or some other tool .i need a script.
i tried some command line tools ,those work for 32 bit machine but fails for 64-bit machine
