Answer» My computer at home is custom built. It came with Nero Burning Rom v.5.5. This is the best CD burning software I have found. I do photo work both at home and at work. I am running Win XP and so is the computer at work. My employer RECENTLY bought Photoshop so that I could do more photo EDITING at work and would not have to bring so much home. I am doing the work at home and burning multi-SESSION CD's. The problem is that my employer has Roxio at work and it will not recognize the CD's I burn at home. Also, Roxio is much more difficult to use and the version at work will not burn multi session CD's. The solution seemed to be to BUY an authorized version of Nero (the Nero CD that came with my computer was bundled and had no serial # and so would only work with my computer). I PURCHASED a brand new, still in the wrapper, complete with Srl #, Nero v. 5.5 on e-bay. It installed ok, but will not give me the "multi session" option when I want to burn a CD. I used the "Autodetect CD-Rom" feature and got information that the software had found "Recording Device..........Virtual Device" Also, even when recording single session, the software wants to save the virtual file before it will burn. Can anyone help me? Thanks, MikeM
