Answer» Hi. i'm running a WINDOWS vista home premium on a laptop. It came with a pre-installed application called 'netwaiting'. I was wondering if i can use this PROGRAM to turn my COMPUTER into just another phone in the house. Is there a way? I tried just CONNECTING a home phone line to the machine, but netwaiting doesn't respond when i call in using my mobile.
