My Dell Insperon with Windows Home Premium crashed. I took it in to be fixed. They
said I needed a new hard drive. When I got it BACK, I found it's a hardrive from year 2002!
I've fixed loads of PROBLEMS, but I absolutely can't download ANYTHING. When it DOES
download it says: C:\users\jstauffer\desktop in Properties.
I tried to delete this user "jstauffer" but he's not on as a user! He's nowhere to be found
Additionally, I get a very strange download box. It's attached.

I've been getting the exact same message whenever I try to open a document. I'm also having a hard time accessing emails over the last few days, since I started getting this download message. I'm thinking I picked up something, even tho I have Norton running.
