If its IDE do the same. If your unsure COME backIt sounds to me that he is asking about when he first STARTS his machine and it is doing the auto detect of the IDE drives. Which shows no drives because he is using SATA drives.
I think as long as the machine boots and works than he has NOTHING to worry about....
