Solve : No Outgoing in Thunderbird?

Please ENLIGHTEN my ignorance!
I am getting a message as per the screen SHOT below if I try to send a message in Thunderbird. It was working a few days ago and does receive E-Mail. I do not understand what it is suggesting I should do as I cannot find anything ticked that relates to that!
Any suggestions please?

In TBird they can be found at Tools/Acount Settings/Outgoing Server.Thanks Patio, you are a Genius!  Works FINE now.
 Good News pantherman...and i'm no genius.

 

As an aside i'd update and run all your protection scans...just in case.
