Answer» I recently have just reformatted my computer. I have missing drivers and i don't know how to successfully install them without messing up the computer again. When I was LOOKING for support from Dell, it asked for a SERVICE tag. I clicked to automatically find the service tag but it came back as there is no service tag. From this point I can get no support from Dell. Also, my C drive says its full when I tried to move STUFF from the C to D drive it still says its full and apparently some things cannot be deleted from the C drive and put onto the D drive. If anyone can help me, it will be greatly appreciated.1) If you reformatted then your c: drive cannot be full. 2) Download and RUN Belarc Advisor and it will TELL your service tag number. It will also tell you what all of your hardware is so you can download and install the correct drivers.
